The Peace Jewelers' Diamonds Guarantee is applicable on all items purchased from ShopHQ.com or PeaceCertified.com that comes with a verified certificate, including the Peace Jewelers' Diamond Classics studs, pendants and solitaire rings. Pending review of the condition of the item(s), we will buy back your applicable Peace Jewelers' Diamonds at a rate of 100% of the original invoice amount less taxes, shipping and handling, and/or any other incidental fees or charges associated with the original purchase. To receive the Peace Jewelers' Diamonds Guarantee you will need to register the items within 6 months of purchase using the form above. Returned/buy back items shall be accompanied by the original verified certificate, original invoice/receipt, and a valid copy of a USA government issued photo ID.
Subject to review of the condition of the item(s) and verification of purchase, the buyback funds shall process within 21 business days from delivery to our registered office. Prior to mailing the item(s) you must email customerservice@shophq.com or call us at 1-800-676-5523 and we will give you specific instructions pertaining to packaging, mailing and other important information to ensure all requirements are satisfied. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges associated with return to us. We will not accept any item(s) that show signs of alteration from the original purchased item(s). Further, absent defect and reasonable wear and tear, we will not accept any damaged item(s).
